2. Data we may process

We may process identification and contact details, account data, billing and delivery addresses, order data, invoices, payments, returns, customer service communications, marketing preferences, technical device data, IP address, online identifiers and browsing data where applicable.

We do not store full bank card data on our servers. Payments are handled by secure payment providers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create and manage accounts, process orders, deliver products, issue invoices, manage warranties, returns and support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve the shop, maintain website security and send marketing communications where consent or another applicable legal basis exists.
