CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
You can pay comfortably with your VISA, Mastercard or Eurocard through the payment gateway, ONLY in EUROS. All the data on your card is transmitted securely and encrypted outside our platform. We will not have access to the information you provide on your card.
At www.Csmobiles.com, in order to avoid e-commerce fraud and to protect consumers, only secured cards are accepted, that is, you will be asked to identify yourself as the legitimate holder of the card. Each bank has its way of identifying the user. Find out about the securitization of cards (SecureCode and Verified by Visa System) on your bank's website or in your office.
For what reason can my credit / debit card be rejected?
Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- The card could be expired. Check the validity date on your card.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank about the maximum amount allowed to make purchases or that your credit limit has not been exceeded.
- Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
- You are making the payment from a different country from the bank that issued your card. Or you are sending to a different country than the bank that issued the card. Or a combination of several of these factors. If you are on vacation outside your country and want to make a purchase, the system may reject your card to prevent fraud.
TRANSFER OR INCOME IN ACCOUNT
At Csmobiles we accept as forms of payment both the transfer or deposit into a bank account:

Indicate the order number as a concept. Our system will automatically locate you. You do not need to send us proof of transfer. We will send the order after confirmation of payment.
Transfers from different entities may take up to two business days to reach us (not counting weekends or holidays), according to bank regulations. We keep transfer orders active for four calendar days. After that time, if the payment has not been confirmed, the order will be automatically canceled.
PAYPAL
Payment by Paypal - maximum amount of € 750. You can finish the order with this payment method. We will redirect you to the best known secure payment platform and you can pay from there. This form of payment maybe include a commission of 4,3% that PayPal remains. There may be restrictions, for the use of this payment method, by type of client, and / or geographic location. SELLER AND BUYER PROTECTION
We understand how important security and peace of mind is in online business, so we will only accept transactions that are covered by the Paypal “Seller Protection” Program. If the transition is not covered, we will be forced to cancel and refund your order, for the reasons presented by Paypal:
- Date of creation of the PayPal account or of the addition of the financial source used to make the payment
- Unusual amounts of money depending on the customer's spending pattern
- Date and time of the transaction
- Location
