Our expert opinion

The Blackview Z30 excels at balancing battery, LED and 4G in a 14.5mm thickness: few child rivals offer a built-in torch and two-day battery life with active data. Compared to the imoo Watch Phone Z7, which has a 1.3" screen and 740 mAh battery, the Z30 offers a larger panel and torch, although the RAM is similar and both share multiple locations. On the downside, the TFT panel loses contrast to premium AMOLED watches and the lack of a rear camera limits creativity. Still, its combination of security, IP68 resistance and magnetic charging makes it a solid choice among 4G watches for kids.
