Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen.) 2023

So much more within reach on your wrist

The Apple Watch SE arrives packed with innovation. You have every reason to want one!

Speed is in style

The Apple Watch SE comes in three case finishes: midnight, starlight and silver. And the new S8 SiP chip expands its possibilities with 20% more performance.

Redesigned with the planet in mind

The back cover is now made using a new process that cuts its carbon footprint by more than 80%. It also matches the watch case, which is made from 100% recycled aluminium.

Time to check your heart

Check your heart rate at any moment with the Heart Rate app and get notifications if it goes too high or too low.

More data. More motivation.

The Activity rings will keep you on your toes so you never stop, and the new Workout app helps you push yourself day after day. What's more, you can now try personalised routines and get in-depth metrics such as Heart Rate Zones, Stride Length, Ground Contact Time and Vertical Oscillation.

Go even further with Apple Fitness+ and its personalised real-time metrics. Apple Watch shows you data instantly when you work out. Choose from eleven workout types and access a library with more than 3,000 sessions in 4K Ultra HD quality. Routines are refreshed every week and last from 5 to 45 minutes. You can also look after your wellbeing with guided meditations and enjoy guided experiences for walking or running with just the watch.

The Apple Watch SE is water resistant to 50 metres. You can use it to log your sets and lengths in the pool, map your route when you swim in the sea or see accurate metrics even if you're using a board. You know, be water…

Crash Detection

The Apple Watch SE detects if you've been in a serious car crash. If so, it can automatically call 112, send your location to emergency services and alert the contacts you've set up. This new Apple Watch feature is possible thanks to the improved three-axis gyroscope and a new high-g accelerometer, which offers a high dynamic range superior to that of any other smartwatch. It also uses a microphone, barometer, GPS and an advanced sensor-fusion algorithm trained on more than a million hours of real crashes to know if you've been in an accident.

Stay focused with Mindfulness

The Mindfulness app is designed to help you keep stress at bay. Focus on the here and now, and prepare yourself mentally to face new challenges. Find balance through a series of breathing exercises or focus your thoughts for a few moments on an evocative theme. If you have an Apple Fitness+ subscription, you can add guided audio meditations to your routine wherever you are.

Sleep tracking

The Sleep app doesn't just log the hours you sleep, it also joins forces with iPhone to help you create a schedule and a nightly routine that looks after your rest. Check how much time you've spent in REM, core and deep sleep phases. Find out how many times you've woken up and look at your trends to see if you're meeting your goals.

More connected

Answer a call from the top of a mountain. Check your notifications at a glance. Or pay for almost anything from your wrist with Apple Pay. With roaming and mobile connection you can do everything without carrying your phone, and in more places than ever.

Family Setup

Thanks to Family Setup, your little ones and other family members can use an Apple Watch even if they don't have an iPhone. Enjoy the connectivity, wellbeing and safety features of Apple Watch with your people. More independence for the family, more peace of mind for you.

Music, podcasts, audiobooks...
