With a 41mm casing that is only 9.5mm thick, this watch houses a 1.32″ AMOLED display (466 × 466 px) that can hit 2200 nits, plus next-generation optical sensors and a 320 mAh battery offering up to eight days of typical usage. HyperOS 2 handles everything, with Bluetooth 5.4 for calls and multi-constellation GPS, all while keeping a featherlight weight of 32g.
Ultra-compact and customizable design
The aluminium alloy body comes with a swappable bezel and a rotating crown; the standard fluorocarbon strap needs no tools and fits any 20mm bracelet. Perfect for slimmer wrists without losing presence.
High brightness display
The AMOLED panel runs at 60Hz and stays readable in direct sunlight thanks to its 2200-nit peak. It offers a colour Always-On mode and more than 200 watch faces, some animated with mascots that change based on your activity.
Health and sport 24/7
It tracks heart rate, SpO₂, stress, and sleep using a new optical module that promises up to 98% accuracy. There are over 150 sport modes and Bluetooth heart rate broadcasting for external devices.
Autonomy and fast charging
The 320 mAh battery delivers up to 8 days of battery life (or 3 days with AOD on). Five minutes on the magnetic charger adds roughly 48 hours of use, handy for short trips.
Resilience and connectivity
Certified 5 ATM, it handles pool swimming and cold showers. GPS with Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and GLONASS support improves city accuracy, while optional NFC allows contactless payments in supported regions.
Our expert's opinion
The Xiaomi Watch S4 (41mm) manages to pack the 41mm model's experience into a lighter format, without sacrificing brightness or sensors. Next to the 41mm Apple Watch Series 9, it provides much greater autonomy and a better price-performance ratio, though it lacks ECG and the iOS integration its rival offers. Against the 40mm Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, it stands out for its interchangeable bezel and express charging, but misses out on Wi-Fi connectivity and the advanced app store. If you value lightness, battery life, and a fluid HyperOS ecosystem, the Watch S4 is one of the most balanced options available, keeping the Chinese firm's well-known price-performance ratio.
