The unibody metal construction weighs approximately 567g and measures 7.8mm in thickness, making it easy to carry. Even with its slim profile, it includes a 3.5mm wired headphone jack port and dual speakers.

The Doogee U series is notable for its screen size, which allows for clearer viewing. In comparison with earlier generations, the U12 delivers a higher resolution of 2000 x 1200 px and an improved refresh rate (90 hz).
