Blackview Tab 20 Kids 10.1 4GB 64GB WiFi Purple

This children's tablet combines a drop-resistant EVA shell with a built-in stand, voice AI that responds to spoken questions without any typing, and a 6600 mAh battery supporting 10W fast charging, making it a sturdy, independent companion for learning through play. Running Android 15 with DokeOS 4.1, it offers a longer update lifespan and better long-term value.

10.1″ HD+ display.

The IPS screen delivers 800 × 1280 px, 60 Hz and 350 nits, enough for use indoors and for educational material. Its thick bezel provides a secure grip and helps avoid unintended taps.

Kids Mode and Parental Controls

It features a Kids Space with timer, content filter and support for up to eight profiles. The new "Just Ask" function lets the child pose questions by voice and get contextual answers while staying within safe mode.

Solid performance with Unisoc T310

The 4-core chip (2.0 GHz) works alongside 4 GB RAM and 64GB UFS, expandable via microSD up to 2 TB. Browsing, HD streaming and educational apps run without issue, while the PowerVR GPU handles light gaming.

Sound, battery and connectivity

Two stereo speakers offer enough volume for interactive storytelling; the lack of a jack is offset by Bluetooth 5.0. Battery life goes beyond 7.5 hours of Wi-Fi browsing and 22 hours of audio; charging is via USB-C OTG.

Colourful and durable design

At 514g and 9.4mm, the Blackview Tab 20 Kids stays easy to handle despite the added protection. It is available in Unicorn Purple, Fairy Green and Bubble Blue, all with EVA foam that withstands knocks and drops from children.

Our expert opinion

Against the Amazon Fire HD 10 Kids (FHD screen, weaker processor and restricted Fire OS) and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Plus Kids Edition (90 Hz, 7 040 mAh, higher price), the Blackview Tab 20 Kids distinguishes itself by launching with Android 15, incorporating voice AI and offering a thicker casing without extra weight. It also beats the Tab A6 Kids with +900 mAh, a more efficient processor and the new "Just Ask" environment. On the other hand, it keeps HD+ resolution and 10W charging. Overall, it provides an excellent balance of safety, battery life and current software for families seeking a long-lasting kids' tablet at a reasonable cost.
