Smartphone Samsung Galaxy A57 5G, 8GB 128GB, 6.6 Super AMOLED LTPO, 5000mAh, Grey

Samsung Galaxy A57 5G

With an emphasis on robustness and consistent performance, the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G refreshes the brand's mid-range offering. At 6.9 millimetres thick, the design is slimmer and swaps polycarbonate for an aluminium perimeter frame. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both sides and IP67 certification reinforce protection, guaranteeing resistance to dust and to immersion in water up to one metre for 30 minutes.

LTPO screen with 1,900 nits of brightness

It incorporates a 6.6-inch flat Super AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution. Its adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz via LTPO technology is the key technical novelty, optimising power use. In high brightness peaks it reaches a maximum of 1,900 nits, ensuring outdoor visibility. Eye Comfort Shield 2.0 to reduce blue light emission and HDR10+ support are also included.

4nm Exynos architecture and RDNA 3.5 graphics

Samsung's Exynos 1680 processor, built on a 4 nanometre process, powers the device. Alongside it works the Samsung Xclipse 550 GPU, based on the AMD RDNA 3.5 architecture for handling demanding graphics. This version comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. In line with the current trend in the range, the microSD card slot has been dropped.

Cameras with advanced stabilisation

Three sensors make up the rear module. Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and PDAF focusing are featured on the main 50-megapixel (f/1.8) sensor. A 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle (123°) and a 5-megapixel macro lens complete the set-up. 4K video recording at 60fps is possible with the 12-megapixel front camera, backed by the VDIS electronic stabilisation system.

45W fast charging and extended support

45W fast charging is now supported by the 5,000 mAh battery, reaching 50% charge in around 25 minutes. For connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0 and Dual SIM support (Nano-SIM + eSIM). One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 ships with the handset, along with an official commitment to 6 years of system updates and security patches.
