Fossibot F114, 4GB 128GB, 4G Rugged Smartphone, Unisoc T615, 5000mAh Battery, Black

This rugged smartphone runs Android 15 and features a 6.67″ IPS screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate alongside a 50 MP main camera. It carries IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certifications within a 266 g body built to resist water, dust and knocks. A 5000 mAh battery and the Unisoc T615 chip deliver endurance and smooth performance for work or outdoor activities.

90 Hz HD+ screen

The punch-hole panel delivers 720 × 1600 px resolution and a variable 90 Hz rate, keeping scrolling fluid without draining extra power. At 6.67″ it makes reading maps and spreadsheets outdoors straightforward.

Unisoc T615 power

The octa-core chipset (2 × Cortex-A75 @ 1.8 GHz) works with 4 GB of physical RAM, dynamically expandable to 16GB, and 128 GB UFS storage that can be extended to 2 TB via microSD. This setup handles office, GPS and social apps without unexpected shutdowns.

5,000 mAh endurance

The cell provides up to two days of moderate use and supports 18W fast charging, reaching 0% to 100% in a little over two hours. Its low 266 g weight helps keep handling comfortable over long periods.

50 MP AI camera

The main PDAF sensor captures 8160 × 6128 px images and FHD video; it is joined by a 2 MP macro and a 16 MP front camera for clear video calls and dependable face unlocking even with gloves on.

Rugged build and professional tools

The sealed chassis includes a side fingerprint reader, NFC for payments, a programmable smart key and a triple slot (Dual SIM 4G + microSD). GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou positioning keep tracking stable on mountain routes or technical inspections.

Our expert's opinion

The Fossibot F114 balances portability and ruggedness better than the Doogee S61 Pro, which weighs similarly but has a smaller screen and Android 12; it outperforms the Ulefone Armor X12 Pro in diagonal, refresh and memory. It falls short of models with an FHD panel, yet its mix of 90Hz, RAM expansion and value for money makes it appealing to delivery drivers, operators and hikers wanting ruggedness without losing everyday usability.
