Fossibot F114, 4GB 128GB, 4G Rugged Smartphone, Unisoc T615, 5000mAh Battery, Black

Rugged smartphone with Android 15, 6.67″ IPS display at 90 Hz and 50 MP main camera; it combines IP68/IP69K + MIL-STD-810H certifications with a 266 g design that withstands water, dust and drops. Its 5000 mAh battery and Unisoc T615 processor guarantee autonomy and fluidity in work or adventure tasks.

90 Hz HD+ display

The perforated panel offers 720 × 1600 px resolution and a 90 Hz variable rate for smooth scrolling without spiking power consumption. The 6.67″ size makes it easy to read maps and spreadsheets in the field.

Unisoc T615 performance

The octa-core chipset (2 × Cortex-A75 @ 1.8 GHz) is combined with 4 GB of physical RAM and dynamic expansion up to 16GB, plus 128 GB UFS expandable to 2 TB via microSD. This configuration moves office, GPS and social networking apps without unexpected shutdowns.

5,000 mAh battery life

The cell supports up to two days of moderate use and supports 18W fast charging to go from 0% to 100% in just over two hours. The low weight of 266 g contributes to fatigue-free, long-lasting handling.

50 MP AI camera

The main sensor with PDAF focus captures 8160 × 6128 px images and FHD video; it's accompanied by 2 MP macro and 16 MP front for crystal-clear video calls and reliable face unlocking even when wearing gloves.

Ruggedness and professional utilities

The sealed chassis integrates side fingerprint reader, NFC for payments, programmable smart key and triple slot (Dual SIM 4G + microSD). GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou positioning ensures stable tracking during mountain routes or technical inspections.

Our expert's opinion

The Fossibot F114 balances portability and ruggedness better than the Doogee S61 Pro, which maintains similar weight but offers a smaller screen and Android 12; it beats the Ulefone Armor X12 Pro in diagonal, refresh and memory. It lags behind models with an FHD panel, but its combination of 90Hz, RAM expansion and value for money make it an attractive option for delivery drivers, operators and hikers looking for ruggedness without sacrificing everyday usability.
