It debuts a flat design with a recognisable gaming aesthetic from the first glance, available in two finishes: black and silver. The Eagle Eye illumination on the back incorporates a visual element that is a visual differentiator common to the Neo line of devices.

The side layout includes Neo Triggers 5.0: two retractable physical triggers located on the edges of the device that operate at a sampling rate of 550 Hz, which equates to a response latency of less than 2 ms per press. The MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor is manufactured on a 4nm process and organises its eight cores into two clusters: four 2.6GHz Cortex-A78 for intensive tasks and four 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 to manage power efficiency in everyday use. The Mali-G615 MC2 GPU takes care of graphics processing, with enough power to run the most demanding Android titles at medium-high settings.
