HyperOS 3 and a 6.9-inch screen with 120 Hz refresh rate are combined in Xiaomi's latest entry-level handset, an unusual specification for this price bracket. Switching from conventional eMMC storage to UFS 2.2 memory stands out as one of the key upgrades, delivering quicker app launches and file transfers. A 6000 mAh battery powers the phone, which comes in Black, Mist Blue and Palm Green.

6000 mAh cell inside an 8.2 mm chassis

The 6000 mAh battery delivers endurance above the average for this category. Even with such a large capacity, the device measures just 8.2 mm in thickness and tips the scales at 208 g.

HyperOS 3 (built on Android 15/16) handles power management, refining how background processes are controlled. Recharging takes place through USB-C at 15W.

6.9" 120 Hz IPS screen

The 6.9-inch IPS LCD display supports an adaptive refresh rate reaching 120 Hz, which makes navigation and scrolling through the interface smoother.

Resolution is HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels), with 450 nits of typical brightness and a peak of up to 600 nits. TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and Flicker-Free technology are included to lessen eye strain.

Unisoc T7250 chip and UFS 2.2 storage

At its core sits the Unisoc T7250, an Octa-Core processor made up of 2x Cortex-A75 at 1.8 GHz plus 6x Cortex-A55 at 1.6 GHz, working alongside the Mali-G57 MP1 GPU.

The phone carries 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which is quicker than conventional eMMC memory. Storage can be expanded through microSD cards of up to 1TB.

50 MP camera and IP54 rating

A 50 MP main sensor (f/1.8) heads the camera setup, using pixel binning technology to capture more light.

An auxiliary sensor for portraits sits alongside it, while an 8 MP front camera is housed in a teardrop notch. The matte polycarbonate body carries IP54 certification, shielding it from dust and water splashes.

Connectivity and other features

The 3.5 mm jack and FM radio support are both retained. A triple tray lets two Nano-SIMs and a microSD card be used at the same time.

Connectivity covers 4G LTE, Dual Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2/5.4 and global positioning (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo). The fingerprint reader sits on the side.
