Firstly, there is the ICE (In Case of Emergency) button, which stores your essential medical information such as blood type and a priority contact so that it is accessible to emergency services.

Secondly, SPC offers three Smart Help features: Smart Help lets a trusted person assist you remotely in setting up the phone and sends them notifications if it detects that you are not answering calls or messages. In addition, the smart ringtone will raise the volume if the call is repeated within a few minutes.
