Overview of the Doogee Fire 7

A 6 nm Dimensity 6300 chip with 5G support, a 13,000 mAh cell that accepts 18 W charging and can output 5 W in reverse, and a camera setup headlined by a 64 MP main sensor. The screen is a 6.6" HD+ IPS panel running at 90 Hz, the software is Android 15, and the body is built to take knocks thanks to an aluminium alloy and glass fibre reinforced polymer frame.

Power and storage

The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC delivers 5G and keeps things responsive during fieldwork. Memory is 4GB LPDDR4X, expandable virtually by up to +12GB (16GB in total), while storage stands at 256GB UFS and can be increased via microSD (up to 2TB) in a triple tray (2 SIM + TF). Pluses: generous storage out of the box; drawbacks: physical RAM stays at 4GB.

Screen and security

A 6.6" HD+ (90 Hz) display with a comfortable aspect ratio for maps, forms and video. Protection comes from a side-mounted fingerprint reader and face unlock. Benefit: 90 Hz smoothness; limitation: HD+ resolution aimed at battery life and durability.

Photography

A 64 MP rear module with AI assistance plus a 2 MP macro lens; a 16 MP front camera for video calls on site or in the field. The setup is intended for documentation, incident recording and landscapes.

Battery and power

The 13,000 mAh battery lasts several mixed days, with 18 W charging and 5 W reverse output for accessories (torches, GPS). Pros: enormous endurance and powerbank capability; cons: the 18 W rate is slower than other rugged models from the brand.

Construction is layered: glass-reinforced polycarbonate, an aircraft aluminium front frame and a non-slip finish that works with gloves. NFC with Google Pay, Android 15 and grey colour options (plus green and orange).

The Doogee Fire 7 strikes a clear balance between a high-capacity battery, 5G and genuinely tough chassis. Next to the Fire 6 Power (15,500 mAh and up to 33 W), the newer model gives up charging speed but gains a more modern platform and a reinforced structural design. Within the same family, the Fire 6 Max chooses 20,800 mAh and 33 W at the expense of extra weight and bulk; the Fire 7 is the more manageable option with 13,000 mAh. Highlights: battery life, 256 GB UFS, NFC and 5G. Weak spots: 18 W, which is somewhat modest for a battery of this size, and an HD+ screen only. For anyone who values endurance and time away from the socket in a still reasonable format, it is a coherent proposition.
