In addition, through it you will receive security alerts such as if there are missed calls, the battery is going to run out or it detects inactivity of more than 8, 12 or 24 hours.

Download this app to your smartphone and link it to POLARIS to make adjustments to it anytime, anywhere. Just like a remote control, you can block SPAM calls, add contacts to your address book, turn up the volume and more.

Shortcut to what´s important

SPC POLARIS makes things very easy for older people: simple menu with large icons, wide and separated keys for easy pressing, cover to protect the keyboard from unwanted actions and double screen (1.4” exterior and 2.8” interior).

In addition, 3 direct memories to record the 3 most frequent contacts and call them with just one press, a direct access to the camera and a central button panel with arrows to guide the menu and a very intuitive central confirmation key.

SPC POLARIS is a mobile phone like the ones from before, but with the advantages of 4G connectivity: more mobile coverage, better call quality and the possibility of geolocating your older relative from the SPC Care app without them having to do anything on their part.

One click, possible salvation

An audible alarm, up to 15 emergency calls and a URL with their location via SMS: all this happens when an elderly person presses the SOS button on the back for 5 seconds. Once the alert is activated, SPC POLARIS sends an SMS to the contacts configured as emergency contacts (max. 5) and calls them automatically in a chain. If no one answers before then, it will make up to 3 rounds.

And yes, the SOS function is also 100% configurable from SPC Care.

Hearing or vision problems? Solutions:

Thanks to the M3/T3 compatibility level, hearing aid users can enjoy crystal-clear conversations, free from interference from ambient noise and annoying hearing aid distortions such as feedback or whistling. In addition, the ringer volume reaches 107dB.

And for people with low vision, it is possible to activate voice-guided dialling. This way, a voice will say which number has been pressed before calling so that you can confirm that you have pressed the desired number.

Also, for more intuitive use, it is possible to configure the option to open or close the cover to hang up and answer calls.

Neither loading it nor finding it is a problem

Having a routine relieves anxiety and nervousness. That´s why SPC POLARIS includes a charging base. So that, as if it were a landline, you can always place and have your mobile phone in the same place, in sight, and also charge it effortlessly.

In any case, to make this task easier for your loved ones, from SPC Care you have access to the battery level of the device and, if it is less than 20% you will receive a notification.
