Yealink MSFT – YPS20 – surface-mount partition sensor

The YPS20 is a surface-mount partition sensor. This easy-to-install sensor uses an infrared (IR) beam to detect the position of the movable partition.

The signal strength of the infrared beam is adjustable, and the maximum effective sensing distance can reach 1.5 meters.

The two LED lights on the unit indicate the sensor’s power status, communication status, and partition detection status.

When connected to the AP08 GPIO interface, Yealink’s Room Designer software can easily configure adaptive settings for the divisible meeting room and manage the equipment status of the divisible meeting room.

In terms of deployment, the included 10-meter cable allows the sensor to be placed in the optimal position within the room, facilitating partition detection.
