For premium small to medium-sized meeting rooms, the A40-031 MeetingBar is an all-in-one video collaboration device of the next generation. It brings together two 48MP cameras that work in tandem to deliver a superior 120° field of view in Ultra HD clarity, so that every meeting participant is captured with impressive detail. Thanks to advanced AI capabilities including IntelliFocus, Auto Framing and Speaker Tracking, the view is adjusted dynamically to highlight active speakers and keep framing optimal, with no manual intervention required. An electric lens cap is also included, adding privacy and security when the camera is not in use.

On the audio side, the device features an 8-microphone MEMS array with a 6-metre voice pickup range, paired with two powerful 10W stereo speakers that fill the meeting space with rich, clear sound. High-performance noise reduction technology keeps conversations free from distractions, and two additional expansion microphones can be supported to extend audio coverage in larger rooms. Managed via intuitive touchscreen control and running on the latest Android 13 operating system, the MeetingBar A40 ensures easy deployment, seamless updates and integration with major conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Installation is simplified by a one-cable connection running from the bar to the 10.1-inch CTP25 touch console, which supplies both power and network connectivity. In addition, a single USB-C cable connects the touch console to the PC, offering 4K content sharing, BYOD flexibility and power delivery.
