The open-ear construction features earhooks adjustable across 4 levels, positioning sound near the ear canal without blocking it, so you stay comfortable and aware of your surroundings. 16 × 13 mm dynamic drivers, paired with the hourglass chamber and BassUp algorithm, produce up to 7.5 dB more powerful bass than non-adjustable models, while vocals remain clear at high volume. Energy-efficient electronics add up to 6 hours of daily listening per charge and 21 hours with the case.
Flexible earhooks fit over 99% of ear morphologies; by bringing the speaker closer, they enhance low frequency response and cut sound leakage. The transparent, capless case relies on high-retention magnets so the earphones come out with a single gesture.
The Bluetooth 5.4 multipoint radio connects to laptop and mobile at the same time, and the Soundcore app offers equalisation, firmware update and auto-off setting. Battery life gives 6 hours of continuous playback, with quick recharges in the case for up to 21 hours in total.
Four AI noise-cancelling microphones keep voices clear even outdoors in windy conditions. Internal sealing and SweatGuard coating deliver IP55 protection, suited to light rain or intense training sessions.
A springy diaphragm combined with digital processing boosts bass frequencies without harming midrange intelligibility, placing the V40i above other budget open-ears that lose body outdoors.
