This Open-Ear model combines sophisticated speech processing and recording capabilities. In contrast to standard Bluetooth headsets, it functions entirely independently through its 4G connection via a built-in eSIM, with coverage in more than 30 countries. As a result, audio can be captured, transcribed and synced straight to the TicNote Cloud without the need for a smartphone or external Wi-Fi networks. A Wi-Fi module for rapid transfer of large files and Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint support, enabling connection to two devices at once, complete the connectivity hardware.

Open-Ear acoustic architecture and advanced voice capture

Acoustically, it is equipped with 13.4 mm dynamic drivers tuned to emphasise the clarity of vocal frequencies. Its Open-Ear design leaves the ear canal unobstructed, so you retain awareness of your surroundings, an essential factor in office and professional settings.

For capturing speech, it employs a dual Far-field microphone system in each earpiece, backed by Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) algorithms. Because of its open architecture, the device lacks Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

Shadow AI: intelligent transcription and analysis

Data processing is carried out by Shadow AI, which allows real-time transcription in more than 100 languages and dialects. The system can produce automatic summaries, extract key metrics and distinguish between different speakers automatically.

Access to these advanced AI features requires a subscription after the included promotional period.

Carrying case with environmental recorder function

The charging case doubles as a stand-alone recorder, fitted with long-range microphones that can pick up audio from as far as 10 metres away. This means complete meetings can be recorded simply by placing the case on a surface.

Internal memory, battery life and charging

It offers 32 GB of internal eMMC memory, enough to store up to 2,600 hours of audio locally. Battery life reaches up to 5 hours of continuous recording or 6 hours of playback per charge, giving a total of 25 hours when using the case.

Charging is done via USB-C (1.5 hours for the headphones and 2 hours for the case) and it is IPX4 splashproof certified.
