This Open-Ear device is a productivity instrument aimed at the corporate world, combining sophisticated speech processing and recording capabilities. Rather than depending on a conventional Bluetooth headset, it functions entirely on its own through 4G connectivity supplied by an integrated eSIM, available in over 30 countries. As a result, audio can be captured, transcribed and synced straight to TicNote Cloud without needing a smartphone or any external Wi-Fi network.

A Wi-Fi module handles rapid transfer of large files, while Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint capability lets you pair with two devices at once, rounding off the connectivity package.

Open-Ear acoustic architecture and advanced voice capture

Acoustically, the headset uses 13.4 mm dynamic drivers tuned to bring vocal frequencies to the fore. Because of its Open-Ear construction, the ear canal stays unobstructed, so you remain aware of what is happening around you - an essential quality in office and professional settings.

Voice pickup relies on a dual Far-field microphone setup in each earpiece, backed by Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) algorithms. Given its open design, the device does not offer Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

Shadow AI: intelligent transcription and analysis

Shadow AI takes care of data processing, delivering real-time transcription across more than 100 languages and dialects. It can also produce automatic summaries, pull out key metrics and distinguish between different speakers on its own.

Using these advanced AI functions requires a subscription once the included promotional period ends.

Carrying case with environmental recorder function

The charging case doubles as a stand-alone recorder, fitted with long-range microphones that pick up audio from as far as 10 metres away. Simply set the case down on a surface and an entire meeting can be recorded.

Internal memory, battery life and charging

Onboard storage consists of 32 GB of eMMC memory, enough to hold up to 2,600 hours of audio locally. Each charge provides up to 5 hours of continuous recording or 6 hours of playback, reaching a total of 25 hours when the case is used.

Charging happens via USB-C (1.5 hours for the headphones and 2 hours for the case), and the device carries IPX4 splashproof certification.
