These headphones belong to the Sounfii range and are equipped with 40 mm dynamic drivers, calibrated for a frequency response spanning 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Their sound remains notably well-balanced, preserving clarity even when played at high volumes.

Hybrid Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology relies on four microphones: two external (feedforward) ones that detect surrounding noise, and two internal (feedback) ones that track the audio within the earcup. Thanks to this setup, low and mid-frequency noise can be cut by as much as 40 dB, blocking out up to 90% of steady sounds like engines or air conditioning units. There are three settings: ANC on, ANC off, and ambient mode (transparency) so you stay aware of your surroundings.

Hi-Res certified and wired use

They hold Hi-Res Audio certification, though it should be noted that this uncompressed quality is only attainable through a physical connection using the 3.5 mm auxiliary cable, as it surpasses the bandwidth offered by standard Bluetooth.

Connectivity and features

For connectivity, they come with Bluetooth 5.3, offering stable performance within a 15-metre range alongside efficient energy use. AAC and SBC codecs are supported, and multipoint connection is available, letting you use two devices at once (for instance, answering a call on your phone while audio plays from your laptop). The integrated call microphones feature noise reduction to enhance voice clarity.

Battery life and charging

Power comes from a 500 mAh battery delivering up to 60 hours of playback (at 50% volume with ANC off) or 40 hours when the cancellation system is active. A full USB-C charge takes 2.5 hours. For technical safety, input is capped at 5V / 0.5A; using fast-charging chargers is not advised in order to extend cell longevity. Should the battery be depleted, they can still be used in passive mode through the jack cable.

Design and ergonomics

The design focuses on ergonomics, weighing 249 grams and featuring viscoelastic foam ear cushions that rotate 90°. The headband folds up and the body carries IPX4 certification against sweat and splashes. Controls are handled by physical buttons on the earcup. They also work with the Tronsmart App, which lets you update firmware and adjust equalisation.
