For professional office and contact centre use, the POLY Blackwire C3225 is a wired stereo headset. It comes with a lightweight headband and soft ear cushions that make it comfortable to wear for long periods. Background noise is reduced by the noise-cancelling microphone, helping to keep conversations clear, and the in-line controls make it simple to manage calls and adjust the volume.
This headset has a USB Type-A connector (it can also work with USB-C through the adapter supplied) and provides high-quality audio for softphone and unified communications use. The 32 mm drivers deliver a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, giving rich sound for both voice and multimedia. It is certified for use with major UC platforms, so you can rely on its performance.
