FiiO K13 R2R - Amplifier/DAC

This desktop unit pairs a genuine 24-bit R2R DAC — 192 thin-film resistors with 0.1% tolerance in a fully differential configuration — with a balanced output of 2.4 W + 2.4 W into 32 Ω, delivering analogue character and enough drive for virtually any headphone. It packs Bluetooth 5.4 LDAC, dual DC/AC power supplies and a 1.1″ LCD screen into a 980 g aluminium chassis only 42 mm high.

Precise R2R and switchable NOS/OS conversion

The resistor ladder produces a silent noise floor and fine micro-detail, while NOS (organic sound) or OS (higher definition) modes let you tailor the presentation to your liking without any external processing.

Powerful balanced amplification

The OPA1642 + TPA6120A2 pairing provides three gain settings with noise ≤ 8 µV and output impedance < 1 Ω.

Connectivity at the heart of your system

XMOS XU316 USB (384 kHz/32 bit, DSD256), optical, coaxial and Bluetooth inputs are joined by simultaneous XLR and RCA outputs, plus balanced 4.4mm and 6.35mm front connections. Two USB-C ports make upgrades and external power easy.

Hardware PEQ and flexible control

An integrated 10-band parametric EQ (via the FiiO Control app or web interface) lets you store and share curves, including headphone auto-EQ. The volume wheel with adjustable RGB ring and the IR knob handle input selection, gain and brightness.

Clean power and audiophile-grade parts

A shielded 30 W switch lowers interference and supports an external linear adapter. ELNA RA3 capacitors and tantalum ensure a stable supply, while the top skylight reveals the illuminated R2R ladder.
