Engage 50 Headset Control Unit

The call control unit enables agents to adjust volume, use speed dial, mute, answer and end calls, or update the status light with the simple press of a button. The control unit is easy to use and designed to stay securely in place.

This controller features a USB-C connection for Jabra Engage 50 headsets and a USB-A connection for device connection. Thus, it functions not only as a call controller but also as a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
