The EPOS IMPACT SDW 5066 is a wireless headset that meets the needs of today's worker, offering incredible flexibility, state-of-the-art communication quality and advanced security.

Connectivity

Three-way connectivity allows you to connect to desk phones, PCs/softphones, as well as smartphones and Bluetooth-enabled media. You can also connect a wired EPOS USB headset or a Bluetooth headset with USB dongle via the base station's USB port. It is a true professional communication and collaboration hub offering full flexibility to your customers in their offices.

Great sound

The SDW 5066 offers a number of intelligent features to support collaboration and communication. Smart controls on the handset and base make it easy to manage calls. The busy light on the headset's microphone boom tells colleagues that you are connected and don't want to be interrupted. It offers great sound with extra wideband that, even in noisy environments, delivers clear, natural sound. Excellent speech intelligibility is provided by two microphones with noise-cancelling and voice detection technology.

Software

With EPOS HeadSetup Pro Manager software, IT managers can monitor, manage settings and update all EPOS devices from a single location. Security is enhanced with secure pairing, 128-bit authentication and DECT certification.

The SDW 5066 is UC optimised and Microsoft Teams certified to maximise productivity.
