The Audio-Technica ATH-M30x are dynamic, closed-back headphones intended for mixing and studio monitoring. Their 40mm CCAW (copper-clad aluminum wire) voice coil drivers reproduce sound accurately over a frequency range of 15-22,000 Hz. Thanks to the circumaural design, sound isolation is excellent, which keeps bleed to a minimum during recording sessions.
Designed to be durable and comfortable, the M30x feature a collapsible frame and swivelling earcups, making storage and one-ear monitoring straightforward. Two detachable cables are supplied: a 1.2m coiled cable and a 3m straight cable, both ending in a 3.5mm gold-plated plug. The 1/4" adapter included allows connection to studio equipment.
