The FLIR FOEDGE thermal camera is built for round-the-clock surveillance in tough industrial settings, delivering strong performance. It incorporates an uncooled VOx microbolometer detector with 640x512 resolution, producing sharp thermal images and a sensitivity below 30 mK. Frame rates of 30 Hz (NTSC) and 25 Hz (PAL) are both supported, so fast-moving subjects are captured smoothly.
Engineered to withstand severe environments, the FOEDGE has a housing rated IP66 and IK10, offering resistance to dust, water and impacts. On-camera analytics, including temperature thresholding and alarm generation, are made possible by its edge AI capabilities, cutting down the requirement for external processing. Centralised monitoring and data analysis are available through integration with FLIR Prism software.
