HyperOS 3 and a 6.9-inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate are among the highlights of Xiaomi's latest entry-level model, a specification that is uncommon within its price bracket. Switching from conventional eMMC storage to UFS 2.2 memory stands out as one of the most significant upgrades, delivering quicker app launches and file transfers. A 6000 mAh battery is also on board, and the handset comes in Mist Blue, Black and Palm Green.

6000 mAh battery inside an 8.2 mm chassis

The 6000 mAh cell provides battery life that exceeds the average for this category. Even with such a large capacity, the device keeps a slim 8.2 mm profile and tips the scales at 208 g.

HyperOS 3 (built on Android 15/16) handles power efficiency, refining how background processes are managed. Recharging happens through USB-C at 15W.

6.9" 120 Hz IPS screen

The 6.9-inch IPS LCD panel supports an adaptive refresh rate reaching 120 Hz, which makes navigating and scrolling through the interface smoother.

Resolution is HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels), with 450 nits of typical brightness and a peak of up to 600 nits. TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and Flicker-Free technology are included to lessen eye strain.

Unisoc T7250 chip and UFS 2.2 storage

At its core sits the Unisoc T7250, an Octa-Core processor made up of 2x Cortex-A75 at 1.8 GHz plus 6x Cortex-A55 at 1.6 GHz, working alongside the Mali-G57 MP1 GPU.

It brings 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which delivers faster performance than conventional eMMC memory. Storage can be expanded through microSD cards of up to 1TB.

50 MP camera and IP54 rating

The photographic setup relies on a 50 MP main sensor (f/1.8) that employs pixel binning technology to enhance light capture.

A secondary sensor for portrait shots joins it, while an 8 MP front camera sits within a teardrop notch. The matte polycarbonate body carries IP54 certification, shielding it from dust and water splashes.

Connectivity and additional features

The 3.5 mm jack and FM radio support are both retained. A triple tray lets two Nano-SIMs and a microSD card be used at the same time.

Connectivity covers 4G LTE, Dual Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2/5.4 and global positioning (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo). The fingerprint reader sits on the side.
