Xiaomi 17 Ultra

The brand's flagship for 2026, focused on computational photography and high-end performance. It integrates Leica Summilux optics together with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor manufactured in 3nm. This model incorporates HyperRGB panel, high energy density silicon-carbon anode battery and under-screen ultrasonic sensor biometric system.

Leica Photo System: 1-inch sensor and mechanical telephoto lens

The main module incorporates the 1" Light Fusion 1050L sensor with 50 MP resolution, designed to maximise native light gathering and reduce noise without excessive reliance on post-processing. It integrates variable physical aperture (f/1.67 - f/2.9), allowing true mechanical control of depth of field and natural optical blur generation.

A 200 MP periscopic telephoto lens with Samsung ISOCELL HPE sensor (1/1.4") is added. Its optics offer continuous optical zoom between 75mm and 100mm, avoiding digital interpolation and maintaining native resolution throughout the focal range. The system is completed by a 50 MP (115°) ultra wide-angle lens calibrated by Leica for colour consistency between lenses.

HyperRGB display and Black design

6.9" LTPO OLED panel (Xiaomi HyperRGB) with 2K+ resolution (2608 x 1600 pixels). It achieves a peak brightness of 3500 nits and 1600 nits in HBM mode, allowing outdoor viewing. It integrates 2160 Hz PWM dimming for flicker reduction. Protection is provided by Xiaomi Shield Glass 3.0.

The Black finish uses silicone polymer composite and glass fibre to improve grip and reduce fingerprints. The device is IP68 certified for dust resistance and freshwater immersion.

Performance: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and IceLoop Cooling

Equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3 nm) with Oryon V3 architecture and cores up to 4.6 GHz. It supports intensive multitasking, heavy workflows and 8K video recording.

Thermal dissipation uses the Xiaomi 3D Dual-Channel IceLoop system, which separates the cooling circuits of the processor and camera module to minimise performance losses due to temperature.

Silicon-carbon battery and PPS charging

Integrated 6000 mAh battery with silicon-carbon anode technology, increasing energy density over conventional cells. The HyperCharge 90W system allows full charge in approximately 35 minutes.

Compatible with PPS (Programmable Power Supply) and USB Power Delivery 3.0. Also supports 50W wireless charging and reverse charging.

Connectivity and ultrasonic biometrics

It integrates a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen, operative even with wet fingers. Connectivity features Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and 5G SA/NSA global networks. The USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port enables DisplayPort video output and high-speed data transfer.
